On every plan
Training programs, not documents
Build your exercise and workout libraries once, assemble them into programs, and assign them per client. Clients follow and log them in the app, and you see exactly what they did.

Workouts built from blocks
A workout is a sequence of sections, so you can program the way you actually coach instead of forcing everything into straight sets.
- Regular, interval, circuit, and AMRAP sections, plus supersets
- Choose the columns per exercise: reps, weight, rest, tempo, RPE, RIR, time, distance, and more
- An exercise library with demo videos, plus your own exercises with an uploaded video or a YouTube link
- Workout and section libraries you reuse across clients
Start from a description with Fitora AI
Describe the workout you want, or paste one you already have, and Fitora AI builds it from your exercise library, ready to adjust in the editor.
- Describe the goal, length, level, and equipment, or paste a plan from your notes
- Built only from your exercise library, your own exercises included
- Sections, supersets, sets, and values such as reps, rest, and weight filled in
- Saved straight to your library, a program, or a day on a client’s calendar
Programs on a calendar, or at their own pace
Some clients need a dated plan; others train when they can. Fitora supports both.
- Calendar programs place workouts on specific days, week by week
- Self-paced programs let a client work through them with no dates
- Start a program on any date, then move, copy, or add single workouts on the client’s calendar
- Decide how far ahead a client can see, and whether they may reschedule
See what they actually lifted
Every set a client logs comes back to you, so your next adjustment is based on data rather than a guess.
- Session summaries with duration, sets, reps, volume, and personal records
- The client’s own difficulty rating and note after each workout
- Per-exercise history with charts over one month to a year
- Weekly sets per muscle group, and a workout calendar

Questions
Training
Can I use my own exercises and videos?
Yes. Add your own exercises with instructions and either an uploaded video or a YouTube link, alongside the built-in library.
Can Fitora build a workout for me?
Yes. Describe the workout, or paste one you already have, and Fitora AI builds it from your exercise library with sections, supersets, sets, and values. Check it in the editor, like any other workout, before your client trains it.
Do clients have to train on fixed days?
No. Use a calendar program for dated plans, or a self-paced program the client works through in order. You can also let clients reschedule their own workouts.
How do clients log a workout?
In the app, on iPhone or Android, set by set, with a rest timer, exercise demos, and personal records highlighted as they happen. They can swap an exercise for one that suits their equipment.
