On every plan
Check-ins that come round on their own
Build a check-in once, assign it, and it arrives on schedule in each client’s own time zone. For intake and consent, send a questionnaire they answer once.
On a schedule that fits the client
Check-ins recur without you sending anything. Each one is due in the client’s own time zone, so a weekly check-in means their Sunday, not yours.
- Daily, weekly on chosen days, bi-weekly, or monthly schedules, at a set time
- Ready-made daily, weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly check-ins to start from
- Questionnaires answered once: intake, PAR-Q, goal planning, feedback
Questions that capture real answers
Mix quick taps with the details that matter, and let measurements go where they belong.
- Text, number, multiple choice, a one-to-ten scale, yes or no, star ratings, and dates
- Photo and file uploads, progress photos, and signatures
- Metric questions whose answers land in the client’s measurement history
Review, reply, compare
Read a submission, leave feedback the client sees, and keep your own notes alongside it.
- One Check Ins page with every client’s submissions, the ones still to review first
- A public note for the client and a private note for you on every submission
- Compare submissions over time, and graph the metric answers
- Submitted check-ins and questionnaires appear in the client’s activity feed
Questions
Check-ins
What is the difference between a check-in and a questionnaire?
A check-in repeats on a schedule, such as every Sunday. A questionnaire is answered once, which suits intake forms, health screening, and consent.
Can a check-in update the client’s measurements?
Yes. A metric question, such as body weight or waist, records its answer in the client’s measurement history, so it charts alongside everything else they log.
Can clients sign a form?
Yes. Signature is one of the question types, alongside photo and file uploads.
