Coach workspace
How do clients get into their app?
You add a client with their name and email, and Fitora creates a username and PIN for them. You can email the login details straight away, see them, or resend them later.
Can more than one coach work with the same client?
Yes. A client can have several coaches, and standard coaches see only the clients assigned to them. Team members come with the Studio plan.
What happens when a client stops coaching with me?
Archive them. They stop counting towards your plan, and their history stays in the workspace if they come back.
Is there help inside the app?
Yes. The AI Assistant in the coach app’s Help menu answers questions about using Fitora, in English or Macedonian, from the fitora.mk help center, and links the articles its answer comes from.
